But why did I put this statement here today and why does Anmar wear this funny outfit????
YES, finally we made it: Today Anmar received her German citizenship!!! This means to us that a long, sometimes frustrating 'journey' is finally over. A major 'private project' - that always was a bit of a burden to us - has been successfully completed :-)
Now we are finally in the position to enjoy travelling together as a family, the way EU-citizens are used to: without borders and with a passport in your pocket that is accredited nearly everywhere on this planet.

A very happy day for us :-)

No, Dima did not grow since my last post... ;-)
But she is at home with us since three days already!
This consequently means 3 sleepless nights for us (I wont post any pictures of how we look during the first half of the day...).
However, at the moment we are still to exited to take our eyes off Dima any moment more than necessary :-)

Here I am, finally!!!
Yesterday, 03.03.2008 at 5:20 pm was the first time I could open my eyes and see what's behind that squashy warm wall. Well, everyone out there was smiling at me. Seems to be a friendly world waiting and everyone was waiting just for me!
But before I am going to discover more of that I should find some lunch and get some sleep...

It's been a while since the my last post but today I'am back with some really great news: There will be another little Anton joining our family very very soon!!!
We expect HER to say hello to us for the very first time in the beginnig of March. Below the 'photographic evidence' ;-)
